In this exciting site-specific staging of A Midsummer Night's Dream, the classic Shakespearean shenanigans of lovers, fairies and mechanicals are placed atop the tumultuous landscape of early 2000's small town Midwestern USA. Featuring gender-bending, drag, and devised music-making, this production explores the tensions between fantasy and reality, queerness and "normalcy", and asks just how powerful dreams can be.
